A floriated fleur-de-lys to the centre of an oval strap bearing the title, " Wakefield Volunteer Rifles" within a crowned wreath of laurel. NOTE-the original crown has been replaced higher than it originally was, with a fixing clip on the reverse probably over the third screw bolt fitting.  read more
