Fine WW II embroidered and slightly padded example of the yellow " Chinthern " on a blue circular backing with two loops and a split-pin fitting to the reverse. This Division was better know as " The Chindits " and as part of the 14th.Army under the command of Major-General Ord Wingate D.S.O. became very well known for their long range penetration expeditions into enemy-held territory.  read more
