Scarce WW II embroidered in yellow and black on a khaki backing formation sign worn by the D.C.L.I. Cadet Force. Design as for the D.C.L.I. collar badge. Attached in 1940 to the Cornwall Home Guard before being re-designated Army Cadet Force in 1942 under the local Territorial Associations. { One moth patch to right side.}  read more

81st.Division { West African }

WW II printed example of the black tarantula spider on a yellow backing. Composed of troops from the four West African Colonies the 81st were part of the 14th. Army and took part in the hard fought campaign in Burma. One of the 81st's Brigade trained under General Orde Wingate in long-range penetration behind the enemy lines. { Old stains to the reverse.}  read more
