King's crown white metal glengarry badge with two loops {one slightly bent downwards} to the reverse. St. Andrew upon the star of the Order of the Thistle with double scrolls bearing the titles, "Glasgow Highlanders " and "Highland Light Infantry". This is the "Blunt Star " pattern thought to have been worn by the second Battalion.
