WW II celluloid on tin lapel badge with brooch pin fitting to the reverse. The "A.R.P." monogram above the letter, "D" and "De-contamination" in black on a yellow background. This was one of a number of similar designs and would have been worn by one of the various "A.R.P." sections in a large factory of office.
