Scarce WW II embroidered sleeve badge worn by Mechanised Transport Corps drivers in London and other major cities. A crossed Union Flag and the Stars and Stripes to the centre of a blue circle bearing the title. The ambulances were a gift of the American people in 1940 and were constantly busy especially during the air raids.
