Scarce Victorian officers 1888-1901 helmet plate with three loops to the reverse. The " W I R " monogram on a plain background to the centre of a Garter Strap within a wreath of laurel and palm mounted upon a crowned multi-rayed star plate that carries the honours, " Dominica, Guadaloupe , Martinique and Ashantee " to four of the star points. { Uncleaned condition,. with the centre slightly duller than the plate.} { See Renfrew & Cranston page-28.}
