Scarce black-brass oval shaped shoulder title, " Lumsden's / Horse." Raised in Calcutta in 1899 by Lt.Col. Dugald McTavish Lumsden a force of 250 Indian Mounted Infantry Corps fought with the British Forces in the Boer War.
