The monogram, " CVF" to the centre of a voided circlet within a laurel wreath above the tri-part scroll, " Law and Order " surmounted by St. George and the Dragon. Formed in 1911 for public spirited citizens to assist the Metropolitan Police in riots strikes or other acts of public disturbance.
