A pair of crossed cannon barrels in high relief embroidered to appear as metal upon crossed Union Flags in coloured silks and the crown above a fouled anchor, again embroidered as to appear metal within a wreath of laurel on a very dark blue section of uniform. { Approx 10.5 x 9 cms.}
