Very scarce early embroidered example of the Physical Training Instructors sleeve badge. The " R.A.F. " eagle backed by a pair of crossed swords surmounted by the crown. { Well worn example } Replaced in 1923 by the " Three Clubs " pattern, so this dates to the 1920's. { See my item 27673 for the first pattern. }
