The cypher of GvR upon the ball of a fused grenade within a laurel wreath with two loops to the reverse surmounted by the combined cyphers of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip with clutch-pin fittings. Worn by Royal Marine bandsmen of the Portsmouth Division.
