Other ranks bi / metal victorian full dress helmet plate with four screw bolts to the reverse. The number " 3 " on a black leather ground to the centre of a Garter Strap mounted upon a multi-rayed star pate. [ Plate is in uncleaned condition,removed from an old display frame.]
