WW I brass and enamel lapel badge with buttonhole fitting to the reverse. The title " On War Service " to the centre of a blue enamel circlet carrying the Company name, " Arthur Berton Ltd. London & Bury " Amongst other things this Company produced field dressing wound packs and sterilized bandages for the forces.
