Scarce WW II black embroidered shoulder title, " Cornwall " on a dark green backing. These were made up by the Regimental tailor from cut-down shoulder strap slip-ons and worn by the 5th. Territorial Battalion D.C.L.I. [ Moth nips above the letters.]
