Rare officers bronze service dress cap badge with two blades to the reverse. The Union flag of England and the Stars and Stripes of America crossed to the centre of a circlet bearing the title. Early in the war the AAGB was given a fleet of ambulances by the American Community in England, to be driven by members of the M.T.C. and the A.T.S.
