The Harp of Erin surmounted by a Victorian crown within a half-wreath of shamrock on a red velvet backing to the centre of a Garter Strap and wreath of laurel that carries the title scroll, "The Royal Irish". All mounted upon a multi-rayed star back-plate surmounted by the Victorian crown.
