1st. Chinese Regiment.

Rare brass cap badge with two loops to the reverse. Tientsin city gate and pagoda above the title scroll, "1st Chinese Regiment ". Raised and trained by British officers in 1896 the Regiment fought alongside the Allies to help supress the Boxer Rebellion but was disbanded in 1905.
