Scarce sealed pattern for a shoulder strap worn by an Air-Rank officer ADC to the Queen. A blue shoulder strap with gold wire trim bearing a button within a wreath of laurel , the " RAF " eagle in a laurel wreath surmounted by the red velvet inset crown above the metal " E ii R " cypher denoting an " ADC ". Strap is affixed to a 1965 dated Royal Air Force pattern card with a wax seal to the reverse.
